TTT46: Manchester

This meeting was geared especially towards topology PhD students who were beginning their studies within the orbit of the TTT. Everyone was welcome.
Andy Baker and Francis Clarke agreed to speak – they have long standing connections with Manchester and I was hoping that we could use the event as an informal goodbye to Reg and Grant.
