This was a working meeting, arranged primarily for the Triangle to fulfil its stated mission of facilitating its joint research programmes. There were therefore only two talks, plus the usual time for participant discussion. Since the meeting coincided with the NW Dynamics Seminar, participants also had the chance to broaden their dynamical education.
